Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 07 days of the lead delivery date. Refunds will only be processed if the client provides valid reasons, such as incorrect or non-relevant leads, subject to verification.
Deductions: Total Leads Genrate For Your Agency: A deduction will be made for the number of leads already Genrated before the refund request accepted.
Management Cost: A 10% deduction will be applied to cover administrative and operational costs.
Service Charge: A non-refundable service charge of 15% will be deducted from the total amount.
Processing Fee: A 5% processing fee will be deducted for handling the refund request.
Other Deductions: Any additional costs incurred during the lead generation process will be deducted as applicable.
Refund Process: Upon approval of a refund request, the remaining amount after deductions will be refunded to the client’s original payment method within 30 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases: No refunds will be provided if the leads have been used, altered, or if the refund request is made after 07 days of lead delivery. Additionally, refunds are not available for leads provided under promotional or discounted packages.
Final Decision: OwnerzMarketing reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the approval or rejection of any refund request.
